At Heartbeat, every piece is chosen with intention, a companion meant to move with you through moments and memory. We want you to feel assured that what you carry feels right in every sense.

1. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

However, our process ensures ease and speed:

1.  Return the item you no longer wish to keep within 14 days of delivery.

2. Place a new order for the piece that feels right for you.

This approach allows us to maintain seamless service and preserve the integrity of our limited collections.

2. Eligibility for Return (for Exchange)

To be eligible for return, the piece must:

·       Remain unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.

·       Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

·       Exclude personalized items, which cannot be returned.

3. How to Begin

To initiate your return:

Email contact@theheartbeat.com.au with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

·       Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.

·       Upon receipt and inspection of your item, your refund will be processed enabling you to complete your new purchase without delay.

·       Refunds for approved returns are typically finalized within 5 to 7 business days after we receive your item.
