Exchange Policy

At Heartbeat, we want you to feel great about what you carry and that means getting the right piece for you.

1. Do You Offer Exchanges?

While we don’t offer direct exchanges at this time, we have made the process simple:

1. Return the item you no longer want (within 14 days of delivery).
2. Place a new order for the item you would like instead.

This ensures the fastest possible turnaround and helps us keep limited stock items moving efficiently.

2. Eligibility for Returns (for Exchange)

• The item must be unused, in original condition, and packaged as received.
• Must include proof of purchase.
• Personalized or final sale items are not eligible.

3. How to Start

1. Email Contact@theheartbeat.com.au
   with your order number and the item you would like to return.
2. Once approved, you will receive instructions for return shipping.
3. As soon as we receive your item and inspect it, your refund will be processed so you can repurchase the correct one.

4. Exchange-via-refund typically completes within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.
