1. Do You Offer Exchanges?
While we don’t offer direct exchanges at this time, we have made the process simple:
- Return the item you no longer want (within 14 days of delivery).
- Place a new order for the item you would like instead.
This ensures the fastest possible turnaround and helps us keep limited stock items moving efficiently.
2. Eligibility for Returns (for Exchange)
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and packaged as received.
- Must include proof of purchase.
- Personalized or final sale items are not eligible.

with your order number and the item you would like to return. - Once approved, you will receive instructions for return shipping.
- As soon as we receive your item and inspect it, your refund will be processed so you can repurchase the correct one.
