1. Shipping Times

·       Standard Delivery : Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days for Ausralia and 5–10 business days for New Zealand

·       Express Service: 1–3 business days for Australia and 3 - 5 for New Zealand

·       Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

·       Please note, delivery times may vary during high demand periods or due to unforeseen transit delays.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer complimentary standard shipping across Australia and New Zealand.

3. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details, allowing you to follow its journey from our hands to yours.

4. International Shipping

Our creations currently travel exclusively within Australia and New Zealand. Expansion to additional destinations is on the horizon.

5. Order Cancellations by Heartbeat

In rare circumstances, including limited stock, payment irregularities or concerns of fraudulent activity, Heartbeat reserves the right to cancel an order. Should this occur, a full refund will be issued immediately.
