4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Heartbeat reserves the right to decline or cancel an order at its discretion, including cases of product unavailability or pricing error.

Payments may be made via Afterpay, credit/debit card, or other approved methods as presented at checkout.

By choosing Afterpay, you agree to Afterpay’s terms, including installment obligations.

Orders will be processed only upon successful receipt of full or approved installment payment.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.

Risk and title pass to you upon delivery to your nominated address.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Should your purchase not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided:

·       The item remains unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

·       Proof of purchase accompanies the return.

Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.

For Afterpay orders, refunds are processed in accordance with Afterpay’s policy.

7. Bon Loyalty Program — Circle of Care

Points represent a gesture of appreciation, not a currency.

They hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.

Experience credits apply only to eligible items as designated by Heartbeat; should an item exceed the credit value, the difference will be payable.

Points may be adjusted in cases of returns or misuse.
