  • Payment can be made using the methods provided on the website, including Afterpay, credit/debit cards and other approved options.
  • For Afterpay purchases, customers agree to comply with Afterpay’s terms and conditions, including timely payments and account management.
  • Full payment (or approved installment payments via Afterpay) must be completed before orders are processed and shipped.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery times will be specified during checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery 

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to product condition and original packaging.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging for returns or exchanges.
  • Refunds will be processed after receipt and inspection of the returned items.
  • For purchases made via Afterpay, refunds will be processed in accordance with Afterpay’s refund policies.

7. Bon Loyalty Program (Circle of care)

Points are a promotional loyalty currency with no cash value. Points do not reduce the price of goods or services and cannot be exchanged for money. Experience credits are capped amounts available only for eligible items or services as identified by Heartbeat; if the chosen item exceeds the credit value, the member will be required to pay the difference. 8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs and trademarks, is owned by Heartbeat or its licensors.
  • Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability
